Application Process and Policies

Application Deadlines

Winter Trimester (January Cohort): November 15th
Spring Trimester (April Cohort): February 15th
Fall Trimester (October Cohort): August 15th

Applications must be fully submitted by these dates for consideration in the respective cohort.

Decision Communications

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Acceptance letters are sent out on the third Thursday of each month.

Enrollment Confirmation and Fee Submission

Accepted students must submit a signed Student Agreement and pay necessary fees within 14 calendar days from the acceptance date to secure their place.

Waitlist Policy

Once all places are allocated, applicants are placed on a waitlist.
Waitlisted students are notified if additional spots become available.

Eligibility Requirements

Submit a fully completed application by the specified trimester deadline.
Participate in an evaluative conversation with the Director of Admissions.

Notification of Outcome

Applicants will receive their decision letter via email after their review is complete.
Admissions decisions are final, made after careful consideration of each candidate's potential and readiness.

Successful applicants will receive a formal acceptance package with further instructions to join the Yoga Veda Institute community.
