 Application Submission and Fee Selection with Confidence

Complete and submit the application form by the specified trimester deadline. Then confidently select and agree to the necessary fee structure upon application submission, knowing that most students will be accepted on a merit based system.  In the rare event of application denial, a full refund of fees will be processed immediately.

Scholarship Application and Integrity

Applicants for scholarships must demonstrate financial need in their application submission.  Any misrepresentation of financial status for scholarship gain may result in expulsion from the program. Our scholarships aim to support those who truly require financial assistance.

Application Deadlines

Winter Trimester (January Cohort): December 31st
Spring Trimester (April Cohort): March 31st
Fall Trimester (October Cohort): September 30th
Applications, complete with fee selections, must be submitted by these dates for consideration in the respective cohort.

Application Review and High Acceptance Rate

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with a high acceptance rate for qualified candidates.
The review process begins immediately after the application and fee selection are received.

Enrollment Confirmation and Fee Assurance

Accepted students must submit a signed Student Agreement.
In the unlikely event of non-acceptance, fees will be fully refunded without delay.

Waitlist Policy

Applicants not immediately accepted are placed on a waitlist.
Waitlisted students will be notified if additional spots become available.

Eligibility Requirements

Submit a fully completed application and select fees by the deadline.
Participate in an evaluative conversation with the Director of Admissions.

Notification of Outcome with Refund Assurance

Applicants will receive their decision letter via email after their application and fee selection have been reviewed.
Admissions decisions are final, made after thorough consideration of each candidate's potential and readiness.
In case of a denial, a prompt refund of fees will be processed.

Accepted applicants will receive a warm welcome into the Yoga Veda Institute community with a formal acceptance package and further instructions.
